Shipping & Payment Info

Payment is due at the time your order is placed.

• For vinyl decals you are able to cancel your order up until the time it is being laid out to be cut.
• For custom printed products you are able to cancel your order up until the print job is laid out and in the print queue.
• For custom laser engraved products you are able to cancel your order up until we have started design or layout work
• For all other items you are able to cancel your order up until we begin production or layout.

Our standard shipping is predominantly by United States Postal Service First Class Mail, though we sometimes use other carriers / methods. You will receive an email when your order is being produced. It will have the carrier and tracking information along with instructions on how to track your package.
Unfortunately, due to a significant increase in mail theft and a lack of tracking, for international orders, we cannot be responsible for orders lost once out of the control of the USPS ( generally when the arrive in the destination country). We do our best to work with our customers and please do let us know if there is a problem and we will do our best to make it right.
