This is a discounted shipping for orders that have been returned to sender due to address errors supplied by customer (moved with no forwarding address, etc)
We do our best to catch address errors and double check with our customers as we want to make sure you get your order, but there are times that we receive orders back. As we are a small, family owned business that makes personalized items, we must charge customers to re-ship orders.
